Tank Plastic and Cowling cracking

I have replaced the plastic tank cover and the side cowlings due to cracking at the fastener locations - why is this happening? this last one happened after about 500 miles of riding. I'm on my second set and spent $600 only to have it fail again. Note this is all without dropping the bike. Seems to be happening at highway speeds. Over torqued?? Could it be missing some vibration dampening. This is getting rather expensive. The side panels cowlings have been off and on a few times to route wiring but went back on without any stress or hassle. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

That seems very odd. I checked fastener tightness on all the plastics after I got the T7 home from the dealer. A couple seemed a little loose. Only 250 miles on it so far. I'll be watching for this.

There are little foam dampeners similar to weather stripping that was not sticking properly or missing. I'm not sure if that was the issue or not. made sure to order all new dampeners and I may add a bit extra just to be safe.
